THIS IS THE TOTAL AMOUNT DUE AT THE TIME THIS FORM IS SUBMITTED. ALL OF THE EVENTS LISTED BELOW REQUIRE PRE-REGISTRATION AND ARE AVAILABLE ON A FIRST-COME BASIS. PRICES INCLUDE 6% PENNSYLVANIA SALES TAX WHERE APPLICABLE. PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION INFORMATION MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN JULY 6TH, 2022. W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company is not responsible for loss or theft of property, or any death or personal injury that occurs during the event.

• Weather is an act of God and is not the responsibility of W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company.

• Registrants grant permission to W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company to use registrant's likeness in connection with any still photograph or video reproduction of the Event.

• Collector Knife Swap Exhibitors will be able to check-in and set up beginning at 7:00 am on Saturday, July 16th. Exhibitors must be registered to receive a spot. There will be 25 spots available under the large tent, first come first serve based on registration. Additionally, W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Co. will supply each exhibitor with a spot that will allow for a 10' by 10' pop-up tent. No electrical power will be provided. Exhibitor is responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, chairs, etc. Exhibitors are only permitted to sell Genuine Case® knives/accessories and/or Zippo Lighters/accessories. If you are selling Case® knives, Zippo® lighters, or other tangible property at the event, Pennsylvania Law requires that you collect and remit 6.0% sales tax on the amount of sale.

• W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Co. will be following appropriate State and Federal guidelines regarding COVID-19. Attendees must adhere to these guidelines and any posted rules.

Management reserves the right to cancel, revoke, amend, or modify the above without prior notice.
